David Bernick earned the millions that W.R. Grace paid to defend itself against criminal charges for the poisoning of Libby, Mont.

  1. But when the judge is as prejudiced against the prosecution as Molloy was and won’t let them introduce the evidence, what’s the prosecution supposed to do?

  2. I think most people expect that justice will be rendered through the court system. Having spent decades in law enforcement, I hold a different view. You go to court to have the law applied. If there is such a thing as justice, it will be administered by a higher authority. Those who expect justice from the courts will be sorely disappointed.
